FAMILY ROOM 2 + 4 / 3 + 3: The family room consists of two standard double rooms with separating door in between. Each room has an area of 40m2 and oversees the beautiful gardens of the complex. APPARTMENT 2 + 2: The apartments have an area of 80m2 and two separate rooms. There is a double extensible sofa bed in the living room and a king size bed in the bedroom. LAGUNA VILLA 2 + 4 / 3 + 3: Two-bedroom Laguna Villa: 170 m² (incl. terrace with 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol) , pool view and direct access to the pool from the terrace, consists of 2 bedrooms – the one bedroom is with 2 twin beds and together with a living room with a double extensible sofa are located on the 1st floor, and on the 2nd floor – a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and double sink. The Villas are furnished with free mini-bar refilled every day with mineral water, soft drinks and beer, personal safe box (free of charge) , telephone, coffee machine, hair-drier, cosmetic mirror, luxury bath accessories and cosmetics, bath ropes and slippers, 43 inches TVs, cabel TV, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning system. RIVA VILLA 2 + 4/3 + 3: Two-bedroom River Villa: 170 m² (incl. terrace) , with a river view, consists of 2 bedrooms – the one bedroom is with 2 twin beds and together with a living room with a double extensible sofa are located on the 1st floor, and on the 2nd floor – a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and double sink. The Villas are furnished with free mini-bar refilled every day with mineral water, soft drinks and beer, personal safe box (free of charge) , telephone, coffee machine, hair-drier, cosmetic mirror, luxury bath accessories and cosmetics, bath ropes and slippers, 43 inches TV, cabel TV, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning system. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children + 1 baby or 6 adults.

 

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.

Pets are not allowed.
